i personally like knowing when someone likes me, bc chances are, a) i like them back i just havent told them yet, b ) i will end up liking them back bc thats just how i work ??, or c) im completely flattered but i dont feel the same way (which doesnt happen often, but it has before on like 2 accounts)

i have never not told someone i liked that i liked them, and i have always ended up still being their friend (if they didnt like me back) bc they dont think its creepy, i mean, someone is telling you that they like something about you enough to have more than just friend feelings for you

if they dont feel the same way and they genuinely enjoy being your friend then i dont think it would be “creepy” to them, it might be a little awkward at first if they dont feel the same way, but i think it would work out and they would probably still like to be your friend
